It has been the honor of a lifetime to represent you for the past 9 years and I thank you from the bottom of my heart for the opportunity. I have always loved Homewood, but the last nine years has deepened that love. I love our schools, our parks, our neighborhoods, our businesses, our public servants, and our citizens that make this city feel like home.
As we move forward with a new form of government, a new Council and a new City Manager, we need experience and leadership that’s ready on Day One.
That’s why I’m announcing today that I am running for Mayor.
You’ve seen me in the meetings, on the trails, at the parks, and in your neighborhood. I’ve seen this city from every angle—not just as a councilor, but as a mom. My husband Keith and I raised our two boys here. For the past nine years I’ve been a Mom on a mission. I’ve been listening, working, communicating, and getting things done.
We live in a wonderful city. But keeping it that way takes focus, urgency, and drive. It means investing in public safety, supporting our top-tier schools, and protecting the neighborhoods and parks that define our community.
Homewood needs steady leadership—someone who knows the work, and never stops showing up.
You know my work ethic, my commitment to communication, and my passion for community service. I will bring that to the Mayor’s office, working together as one to benefit the whole community. I will be a mayor for the future, moving forward, engaged and with upfront and consistent communication. Homewood deserves that type of leadership, and if entrusted with this role, I will bring you that enthusiastically!
If you’re ready for a mayor who brings energy, heart, and hands-on leadership to the job, I’d be honored to have your support.
We'll be in touch as soon as we can!
We appreciate your support so much.
